Let me use my 30 years of clinical experience to help you! My experience includes the practice of Independent Clinical Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been particularly honored to have assisted many couples with improving their communication and mutual trust, increasing emotional and physical intimacy, and strengthening their ability to manage even long-standing conflict.

My approach is about helping all my clients identify what would make them feel healthy and whole again. We will use evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, and Gottman techniques to focus energy on achieving goals that really matter to you. All sessions are telehealth. I am accepting new patients. Additional time slots are available to continuing clients.
