Insurance Accepted
I am not a contractor with any current insurance plan.
However, I am happy to provide a detailed statement and receipt that you can use to be reimbursed by your insurance provider based upon their mental health benefits coverage for you.
Fees
As of January 1, 2026
- Individual therapy - $160.00 45-minute session
- Couples and Family therapy - $175.00 45-minute session
What are benefits of private pay?
f you choose or need to use self-pay options, here are some benefits of doing so:
- You are able to find the best therapy fit without limitations.
- You do not have to provide a treatment plan or therapy records to your insurance provider.
- Your insurance provider will not dictate how many sessions you can have.
If you elect to work with me as a self-pay client, you have the option to submit a superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement, which I will provide for you. My self-pay rates for therapy are $160 for individual therapy, and $175.00 for Couples and Family Therapy. Many insurance plans have out of network benefits, which provide reimbursement for self-pay healthcare services. You may be reimbursed 40-80% of the cost of therapy sessions using out of network benefits. You are also welcome to use your HSA or FSA account.
If you would like to know how much your insurance company will reimburse for out of network therapy, I would encourage you to call and inquire about the following:
- Do I have out-of-network benefits for behavioral/mental health care?
- What is the reimbursement rate for the code 90834 or 90847?
- Do I have a deductible for out of network services that you need to meet before receiving coverage?
